BIM Specialist (Electrical)Location: Boca Raton, FLJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join our client's team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is essential to the success of electrical construction projects, with responsibility for BIM model creation, coordination, and information management throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BIM and 3D modeling tools, as well as a strong background in commercial electrical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate accurate Electrical BIM Models from designer and engineer instructions.Review designs for constructability and provide analysis.Audit and review 3D models from multiple trades using Navisworks Manage.Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings with project teams.Manage and update BIM project documents, drawings, and models.Perform 3D model quantity extraction and verification.Coordinate plan views, layouts, and final deliverables directly from models.Revise and modify drawings based on engineering/architectural input.Visit job sites to gather data and ensure design compliance with building codes.Ensure timely and accurate BIM file exchanges and milestone archiving.QualificationsAssociate degree in CAD or related field.2+ years of experience with commercial electrical projects.1+ year of experience with BIM and 3D modeling.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $67,000 - $80,000401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance & EAP supportPaid time off and holidaysTuition reimbursement & professional development supportRelocation assistanceReferral programJoin a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.??
