Job Title: Employee Relations ManagerLocation: Piscataway, NJType of Employment: Temporary 3 to 6 monthsIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: Fully in OfficeHourly: $58/hr to $60/hrJob Summary:A healthcare facility is partnering with LHH to hire a temporary Employee Relations Manager for 3 to 6 months with a possibility of extension. The hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, and at least 3 years of prior employee relations experience with thorough investigations. Prior healthcare industry experience is preferred.If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.Responsibilities: Travel between 5 locations within central NJOversee various HR tasks with a strong focus on policy interpretationReview policies and procedures and recommend policy updates as neededConduct thorough investigations related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation and policy violationsKeep accurate documentation of investigationsStay up to date with state regulationsPartner with managers on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, suspensions, etc.Required Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Human ResourcesAt least 3 years of employee relations experienceHealthcare industry experience preferredKnowledge of HIPAA lawsPrior use of HRISStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel to 5 locations within central NJBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
