They are now seeking an experienced General Superintendent to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role on large-scale heavy civil projects, with a focus on earthworks, paving, and grading. As a General Superintendent, you'll be the driving force in the field "” leading crews, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.What You'll do:Overseeing all field operations on major earthwork, paving, and grading projectsLeading and mentoring project teams, foremen, and field staffManaging schedules, resources, and subcontractors to keep projects on trackEnsuring safety and quality are upheld across all phases of workServing as the key liaison between the field, project management, and executive leadershipWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in heavy civil constructionStrong background in earthworks, paving, and grading projectsAbility to manage multiple crews and large-scale field operationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsCommitment to safety and quality excellenceWhy This Opportunity?
