With a collaborative culture and a strong vision for the future, this organization is an exciting place for professionals who thrive on building impactful solutions.Role SummaryThe Intersect Group is seeking a Product Manager to support Retail Media Network (RMN) initiatives for a high-impact team. This role will report directly to a senior leader and play a pivotal part in launching and scaling RMN concepts from the ground up.You'll be the go-to expert for RMN strategy and execution, helping to shape the tools, platforms, and analytics that enable brands to advertise across the retailer's owned media. If you're passionate about digital advertising, retail innovation, and product ownership, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of RMN product strategies and roadmaps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that support advertising capabilities.Drive integration of third-party platforms and tools to enhance RMN offerings.Ensure seamless ad placement across digital and in-store channels while maintaining a positive customer experience.Monitor product performance and deliver insights to stakeholders through analytics and reporting.Act as a liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams to align goals and timelines.Support the launch of new RMN concepts and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in retail media and digital advertising.Key Requirements2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a retail or digital media environment.Direct experience with Retail Media Networks (RMNs) is highly preferred.Alternatively, experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered:Integrating third-party platforms as a product managerRetail/CPG marketing analyticsStore hardware installations from a product management perspectiveStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Ready to Apply?If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for retail innovation and digital advertising, we want to hear from you!
