Guided by its founders' vision, Aware has grown rapidly"”earning national recognition and expanding across multiple states"”while remaining committed to compassionate, effective, and holistic care that supports long-term recovery.The Regional Director of Clinical Services oversees the CRA (Client Recovery Advisor) Managers and staff, and IPT (Internal Psychotherapy)/IFT (Internal Family Therapy) clinicians in multiple state agencies at Aware. CRAs and IPT/IFT clinicians are a part of a multidisciplinary team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment Program which provides services for up to a full year. The Regional Director of Clinical Services serves as a pivotal clinical resource for ARC Care Teams and clients.Compensation is $85K-$92Licensures required : LCAC, MLADC, LSCW, LPC/LMHC, LCPC, or LMFT (Multi-state highly preferred Aware Recovery Care is an equal opportunity employerEffective and efficient management of multi-state CRA Managers, CRAs, and IPT/IFTs.Monitor CRA, IPT/IFT clinical documentation in the EMR system for multiple state agencies.Monitor CRA Manager's Audit of CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses for multiple state agencies, covering duties when necessaryReview incoming clients for clinical appropriateness, assign IPT/IFT to new clients, assure CRAs are assigned in a timely manner. Assume duty of assigning CRAs when needed.Provides clinical guidance for all CRAs, IPT/IFTs within the region and mediates in situations of immediate need pertaining to clients.Provide continued employee development and identification of staff training needs.Serves as a member of the Multidisciplinary Leadership Team for weekly Case Review.Attend SWAT meetings for escalating clients, Multidisciplinary Team Meetings.Review Substance Use Screenings, Extension of Services Requests, Modality Change Inquiries, and other assessments as assigned.Conduct monthly employee supervision meetings with all direct reports.Monitor CRA caseloads vs. staff census to ensure quality and delivery of care.Lead weekly IHAT Psychotherapy meetings, and monthly (integrated) Therapeutic Services Department meeting, weekly CRA Dept meetings when needed, weekly CRA Training Meetings.Track all data related to the IHAT Psychotherapy. Minimum of 2 years working in the Substance use field.
