About the CompanyAddison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a healthcare organization expanding its dialysis billing and collections team.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Dialysis Program Coordinator to handle billing and collections for dialysis services. This role focuses on claims processing, insurance verification, and reimbursement while staying compliant with CMS and payer guidelines.ResponsibilitiesManage billing and collections for dialysis services.Submit claims and follow up on outstanding payments.Verify insurance coverage and authorizations.Research and apply CMS and payer billing updates.Maintain accurate patient records and workflows.Qualifications3+ years of dialysis billing/collections experience.Experience with Cerner or Epic (preferred).Strong knowledge of CMS and payer billing guidelines.High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of CMS and payer billing guidelines.Preferred SkillsExperience with Cerner or Epic.Pay range and compensation packageUp to $75,000 annually (based on experience).Equal Opportunity StatementAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
