Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation SUMMARYThe DHEI Specialist (DHEIS) is primarily responsible for providing consultative services and support to OD & DEI. ODS may also provide services directly to LVHN colleagues, teams, and leaders to facilitate change and enhance organizational performance in partnership with an ODC or Senior ODC. The role includes a specific focus on planning, supporting, and assessing programs and structures that enable people at work to learn, change, and achieve their goals.PURPOSEThis document describes the general nature and level of work performed by personnel as classified; it is not intended to serve as an inclusive list of all responsibilities associated with this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:Assists with assessments, through various modalities including surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and data collection/analysis, and advise on appropriate interventions and learning solutions.Assist with the preparation and execution of logistics (e.g., reserving location, securing supplies) related to events, meeting facilitation and customized DHEI projects.Assist DHEI team in organizational culture change efforts, including communication and stakeholder engagement.Assist with measurement of the impact of programs and interventions on organizational and employee performance.Research and keep abreast of DHEI best practices, trends and tools.Other duties as identified and assigned. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice based on the organization's needs.QualificationsEducation - RequiredBachelors preferredExperience - PreferredOne to two years in DEI, Health Equity, Organization Development, Education, Learning and Development, or related field.Served in at least 1 internship, externship, or fellowship in DEI, Health Equity, Organization Development, Education, Learning and Development or related field.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - RequiredMust possess interpersonal and relationship-building skills essential for working with all colleagues within the Network.Requires the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form.Able to work independently and with minimal supervision and direction.Possess strong attention to detail and is highly organized.Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
