Pharmacist needed for a remotecontract opportunity with Yoh's insurance client located in Philadelphia, PA. The pharmacist will serve as a clinical consultant supporting Medicare members and providers and will provide guidance on formulary options and explain drug information to customer service representatives that will relay the messages to the members. The pharmacist will serve as an advisor to prescribing physicians about formulary questions and engage directly with the providers by email or phone.This is a remote position, but candidates MUST reside in PA or NJ and have PA and NJ licensesSchedule: Monday-Friday 9-5 or 10-6Duration: 3 months with possible extension or direct placement Pay: $48-54/hrWhat You'll Be Doing:Perform outreach to members and providers to address medication adherence issues, gather clinical details, and facilitate access to necessary medications.Navigate clinical challenges and offer recommendationsCollaborate internally with key stakeholders - medical directors, customer service team, IBX pharmacistsSpeak comfortably with prescribing physicians and provider offices.Answer clinical questions from customer service agents in a timely manner via messaging and emailsDirect members through the coverage determination process.
