Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Central OhioShift: Ist and 2nd Shift availableAbout the Job We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Tech with at least 3 years of experience working on manufacturing equipment. If you know your way around mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and you like keeping machines running strong, this could be a great fit for you.What You'll DoKeep production equipment up and running with preventive and routine maintenance.Troubleshoot and fix breakdowns — mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic.Install and set up new equipment when needed.Use manuals, schematics, and tools to diagnose issues.Work with the production team to cut down on downtime and keep things moving.Track work orders, parts used, and repairs completed.Follow all safety rules and help keep the shop a safe place to work.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Solid skills in mechanical and electrical repair; able to read blueprints and schematics.Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting equipment.Experience with PLCs is a plus (not required).Someone who's dependable, a good communicator, and works well on a team.High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.What You'll GetCompetitive pay based on your experience.Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement).Paid holidays and vacation time.Training opportunities to build your skills.A steady, team-focused work environment.How to Apply Hit the Apply Button, or send your resume to mark@.
