May require travel in theCommunities served of state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25 to 35% of the time.SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the design, support, implementation, and management of LOCUS Product web based product suite. Other administrative duties apply, including, but not limited to: LOCUS Server support and maintenance, budgeting, and strategic planning.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE· Associate Degree in information technology or related field required.· Minimum of 5 years' experience providing software support to end users.· Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting web based applications and API's.· Experience in implementing ADA compliant web based solutions.· Experience programming in the following languages, C#, JSON, HTML, Classic ASP, core, .net core, Blazor, and Javascript.· Must possess an understanding of the Universal Data Model and be familiar with Software Design Patters.· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures· Experience with Visual Studio.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
