We are also the exclusive provider for Duke Energy, Dominion, and many others.With your leadership, we will standardize our safety and fleet management practices nationwide "” creating a world-class program that protects our people, ensures compliance, and keeps our operations running at peak efficiency.About the RoleWe are seeking a Safety & Fleet Manager to lead our environmental health & safety programs and oversee our multi-state vehicle fleet operations. This role will develop safety initiatives, ensure compliance across our organization, and optimize fleet operations for efficiency, safety, and cost control.What You'll DoSafety LeadershipDevelop, implement, and manage a company-wide safety programDeploy consistent safety standards & culture across all branches and functionsLead safety training for:Drivers: policies, defensive driving, recurrent training, accident reporting, MVR monitoring, driver list updatesWarehouses: ergonomics, OSHA compliance, forklift training, warehouse safety designInstallers: PPE, ergonomics/lifting, electrical/plumbing safety, heavy equipment trainingOffices: ergonomics, emergency drills, egress safetyMaintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulationsFleet ManagementAdminister and coordinate operations of 250+ vehicles across 15+ statesManage maintenance schedules, vendor communications, and service needsOversee telematics: ensure installation, train managers, monitor alerts, review driver behavior data, provide feedbackManage fuel program (WEX): analyze usage, identify anomalies, report trends and savingsEnforce accident reporting protocols and vehicle safety standardsServe as internal point of contact for vehicle claimsPrepare fleet and safety performance reports for leadershipQualificationsExperience in safety leadership, fleet management, or related fieldKnowledge of OSHA, DOT, and fleet safety requirementsExperience creating and delivering safety training programsFamiliarity with telematics and fleet management softwareAnalytical skills for interpreting performance and compliance dataStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to partner with leaders across multiple statesIf you are hardworking, helpful, humble, hungry, and have high standards - we would love to talk with you.
