Construction Administrative Assistant

The Job Site Construction Administrator will provide administrative support at the job site, assisting project teams with documentation, coordination, and communication. This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily job site administrative tasks and project documentation.Maintain and organize project files, logs, and reports.Enter and track data using basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).Support job site team with timesheets, purchase orders, delivery tickets, and safety documentation.Help coordinate subcontractor paperwork and compliance documents.Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing sign-in sheets, agendas, and meeting minutes.Communicate effectively with the project team, office staff, and field personnel.Ensure job site supplies, forms, and equipment are stocked and available.Other duties as assigned to support the success of the project team.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (some college or training in construction administration is a plus).Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.What We Offer:Competitive payTraining and growth opportunitiesExposure to commercial construction projects and career development within the industrySupportive team environment
