In this pivotal role, you will guide our estimation team, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to drive bid strategies, foster vendor partnerships, and ensure a smooth handover of successful bids to project management.This position can be in the Ridgeland, MS or Hattiesburg, MS office. or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum ten (10) years of experience in hard bid, design build, and negotiated commercial construction estimatingPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on computerDriving to meeting and sitesVisiting sites for pre-bids and evaluations (climbing stairs, ladders, etc.)20/20 vision (with or without correction); climbing; talking; hearing (with or without aid); and typing/computer entry.Driver License Required:Current valid driver's license. Favorable driving record required for company vehicle or auto allowance.
