Own bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, and proposal development ? Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless handoffs ? Mentor and develop our junior estimator (currently learning fast) ? Analyze job costs, support margin protection, track financial performance ? Improve estimating processes, tools, and templates as part of system growth ?
