The Muinzer team has successfully acquired, managed and developed over 5 million square feet of student-housing, creative office and urban retail space.Responsibilities Include:Professionally completes all daily work ordersCommunicates any delays in finishing a work order with the supervisorMaintains curb appeal and cleanliness of the properties at all timesTroubleshoots and repairs maintenance issuesEnsures vacant units are rent-ready in a timely fashionResponds to after hour on-call emergenciesMaintains trash rooms and dumpster areasAssists with clearing of snow and iceDisplays strong customer service attitude to ensure the satisfaction of our residentsQualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent and two years related work experience is requiredAbility to read and write EnglishAbility to read service requestsAbility to communicate with team members, residents and vendorsAbility to understand proper applications of chemicals and general cleaning suppliesKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systemsComplete understanding of emergency systems, shutoffsAbility to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning suppliesThe position may require the ability to physically inspect propertiesAbility to lift 50 or more poundsWe are an equal opportunity employer
