Interior Designer- One Month Contract- $25,000

We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.We are searching for an interior designer to redesign our landscaping, exterior, gyms, pool areas and leasing office at our properties.What You'll Be DoingTour all the properties to understand what you are working on. Redesign the office space for a full remodeling and refurnishing. Enhance curb appeal with vibrant colors while also reducing the need for constant upkeep.Design gyms for each property. Or, redesign & upgrade gyms for properties that have gyms.Design empty courtyards to improve the overall look.What We're Looking For5+ years of design experience.
