Position: Senior Electrical EstimatorLocation: Houston, TXWe are seeking a highly skilled senior electrical estimator with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects. This is a critical role requiring precision, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex estimates simultaneously. Onsite presence is mandatory "” this is not a remote or hybrid role.Minimum Requirements (All Must Be Met):5-7 years of experience estimating large-scale commercial electrical projectsProficiency in Accubid AnywhereProven ability to develop budgets from schematic design and conceptual phases through construction development with minimal variance unless impacted by design intent changesStrong analytical skills to assess and communicate riskExperience training and mentoring other estimators and internsClear, professional communication skills, particularly with clients and general contractorsAbility to manage multiple estimates at onceExperience estimating projects ranging from $5M to over $100MFamiliarity with diverse project types, including:HealthcareTenant Improvements (TI)Data CentersGround-Up Commercial ConstructionCapable of assisting GCs with:Cost-driving decisionsValue engineering (VE)Alternative pricing to specifications Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage detailed electrical estimates throughout all project phasesCollaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with design intentProvide value-driven feedback and alternatives to enhance cost-efficiency without compromising designGuide junior team members through technical training and mentorshipSupport strategic business development through high-quality, competitive bid preparation Application Requirements:ResumeProject resume highlighting awarded projects, including:Project namesScope of workContract valueMarket type (Healthcare, TI, Data Center, etc.)Bid type (Hard bid, negotiated, design-assist, etc.)
