We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client, a property management firm in the South Loop. This is a customer-facing role that will field resident questions and provide general administrative support to the community's management team. Calendar management, call routing, and resident relations are part of this role's day-to-day, and candidates with strong customer service and multitasking skills will find great success in this role. This role will also provide rotational weekend coverage, so occasional Saturday availability is also a must.If you're looking for a high-visibility role in which to grow your customer service skills into an administrative career, send us your resume today!Responsibilities:Provide frontline administrative coverage, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to resident inquiries/requestsMaintain calendars and schedule meetings for community management teamPrepare correspondence, notices, and flyers to engage residents in community eventsCoordinate with building staff to ensure maintenance requests are resolved in a timely mannerAssist on-site staff with leasing and occupancy initiativesAdditional administrative tasks, as neededRequirements:At least 2 years' customer service or property management experience requiredHigh school degree requiredProfessional demeanor that remains poised under pressureStrong multitasking and organizational skillsOccasional weekend availabilityComputer literacy with aptitude for learning new programsSalary: $20/hr - $22/hrBenefits: Medical/vision/dental; 401K (with match); merit-based bonus
