Committed to quality, value, and exceptional customer service, we provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of healthcare facilities nationwide.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead critical financial operations and support strategic decision-making across LSL Healthcare. This role will manage a team of finance professionals and be a key business partner to department heads in Operations, Sales, HR, and other functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical finance skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to align financial strategy with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Strategy:Assist with company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesProvide insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to senior leadershipAlign financial performance metrics with overall business objectivesSupport financial modeling for business initiatives, capital investments, and cost optimization Team Management:Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including analysts, and AP/billing staffSet team goals, manage workloads, and conduct performance reviewsFoster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvementMonth-End Close & Financial Reporting:Oversee and review monthly and quarterly close processesEnsure timely, accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisDeliver executive-level reporting and board-ready financial packages Operational Finance & Compliance:Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, billing, and cash managementMonitor AP aging, billing cycles, AR collections, and cash flow forecastingEnsure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory complianceSupport external audits and liaise with auditors Business Partnering:Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders across Sales, Operations, HR, IT, and othersHelp teams understand financial implications of their decisionsCollaborate on budget ownership with the CFO, performance tracking, and efficiency initiativesProcess Improvement & Systems:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, speed, and insightsLead or support financial system upgrades, ERP optimization, or automation effortsImplementation of item level product costingSpecial ProjectsSpecial projects and ad-hoc analysis, as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferable. A CPA or MBA desired but not required.7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleExperience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingStrong understanding of AP, AR, billing, and general ledger systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive resultsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Power BI, or SAPExcellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience in mid-size manufacturing organization preferredExperience managing process automation, system integrations, or financial transformation projects preferredCompensation & Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual pay rate will vary based on applicant's location, education, relevant experience, skills, and education.
