This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to complex state and federal cases involving product liability, consumer fraud, and commercial disputes.What You'll DoAssist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case management to trial preparationDraft pleadings, notices, motions, and deposition materialsManage discovery processes, including document review and productionsMonitor deadlines and electronically file documents through ECF under attorney supervisionPrepare deposition notices, organize exhibits, and create deposition summariesConduct PACER and Westlaw research to support case strategyCommunicate with courts, outside counsel, experts, and clientsTravel and provide on-the-ground trial support when neededIdeal Candidate Profile2- or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent work experience)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practiceSkilled in research tools, including Westlaw and online databasesTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new softwareFlexible to work overtime or travel as neededProactive, accountable, and team-orientedWhy This Opportunity?Substantive Work: Engage directly in complex, high-stakes litigation.Professional Growth: Collaborate with talented attorneys and gain hands-on trial experience.Supportive Culture: Join a team that values accountability, collaboration, and mentorship.Competitive Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 annually, plus merit-based raises.
