Inventory Associate

Job Title: Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate Location: Durham, NC 27520Duration: 03 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)Pay Rate$20/hr. 25/hr.Shift Time: 1st shift; M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pmJob Description:Position is responsible for plasma inventory management and production scheduling for inbound/outbound plasma deliveries at the Plasma Logistics Center.Responsibilities:Performs data entry using the Accounting System Database (SAP) and SGP for inventory control.Performs data entry using the Plasma Management System (SGP) for production and inventory control.Performs document review for inbound shipments from donor centers ensuring accuracy and legibility. Units match, signatures, everything on document is accurate and legibleInteraction with donor center management to ensure proper documentation.Performs assigned tasks using established procedures with judgment, evaluation, and critical thinking.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:Associates degree in business management or related field preferredMinimum 2 years experience in related fieldSkills and Knowledge:Knowledge and training in required cGMPs and SOPs.Must have strong ability to follow up on clues and leads in researching matters and to exhibit clear thinking in evaluating atypical situationsKnowledge of plasma clerical operations. Knowledge of inventory control system, Incident Tracking system, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc. Must possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to evaluate situations in terms of potential risks and make recommendations to minimize, deter or eliminate the risks.
