As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to join our team and ensure seamless backend logistics while supporting major customer accounts.Position OverviewThe Account Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing backend logistics operations for our retail partners, ensuring all customer protocols are strictly followed, and providing high-level account support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within complex customer systems and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage backend logistics for assigned customer accounts, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and documentation.Ensure full compliance with retailer-specific requirements, portals, and operational standards.Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customer documentation.Partner with internal teams, vendors, and freight partners to resolve logistics or account-related challenges.Monitor and track customer KPIs, ensuring adherence to timelines and performance standards.Act as the primary support resource for large retailer accounts, handling escalations and issue resolution.Proactively identify ways to improve processes for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or account management considered.2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or account support (experience with large retailers preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with retailer portals and ERP systems is a plus.Must be able to work full-time in person
