Core Requirements:Bachelor's Degree2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing plantPreferred Requirements:Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodsReporting to the President, this individual will direct daily production, strive to continuously improve quality and efficiency, and ensure a safety-focused production environment.
