We are looking for a Superintendent to head our warehouse/big box division based out of Tampa,FLThis is a great opportunity with a well-established, family-oriented, general contractor with multiple office locations in the South-East with a steady and reliable back-log of work! Superintendent 10+yrs of experience Looking for someone who has ground-up construction experience and comfortable working on projects in the 10-25M range Looking for storage, manufacturing, and/or light industrial project experience First project is in Davenport, FL but this role would require travel throughout the state of FL, mostly in the SW FL areas (Bradenton, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota)Benefits: Salary, truck allowance, per diem if traveling 401k with match, medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc If you would like more details on this, let's connect!!
