Each project reflects the unique vision of our clients"”and the excellence of our people.About the RoleAs a Construction Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations for complex construction projects while leading a high-performing team. From planning and execution to financial performance, you'll guide your projects using business practices rooted in our core values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.You'll receive assignments in the form of strategic objectives and goals, with guidance on how to achieve them. In this role, you will:Direct team members according to established policies and practicesRecommend updates to team or departmental policiesBe accountable for results and subject to management review for goal achievementThis role requires:Analyzing complex issues and determining action using sound judgment within existing policiesA high level of discretion, as errors or delays can significantly impact project schedulesAbout YouYou're a dynamic leader with a track record of driving positive results.
