If you thrive in the field, lead with confidence, and know how to drive results while keeping safety and quality front and center"”this is your next move.ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan and manage daily site activities to meet project milestones and deadlinesInterpret and work from construction documents including drawings, specs, contracts, and submittalsUtilize project management tools (Procore experience preferred) to streamline communication and documentationCoordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow, budget alignment, and quality standardsOversee material procurement and delivery timelines to avoid delaysEnsure all work complies with relevant codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligationsMaintain thorough daily logs, safety audits, and progress reportsLead project closeout efforts, including punch list resolution and final inspectionsPromote a strong safety culture by adhering to policies, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvementSupport additional site and project needs as requiredQualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and appropriate experience successfully managing construction projects for a general contractor from conception to completion. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Design-build experience on relevant project types.
