Project Manager

Integra Testing Services is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team! Individual must be a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position includes full-time employment, complete with a highly competitive benefits package. This position is located in Richmond, VA.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop and maintain relationships with field technicians and office personnelDevelop work schedules and allocate field employees to different projects and/or shiftsDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsSchedule and coordinate with technicians and customers to maintain current and future projects.Promote and maintain customer satisfactionProvide Labor forecasting on a quarterly basisProvide GM progress updates on job progress, expended labor, profit/loss status.Review projects under contract and determine best way to get the job completed.Establish and maintain working relationships and communication with the project teamPrioritize TAB reports by importance for delivering to meet customer expectationsWork with technicians to discuss job related issuesPossess the ability to effectively communicate job status with customersCoordinate with technicians to have proper PPE, equipment/ladders/lifts as necessary for projectsCoordinate special equipment for job completion =IE Lift rental, HEPA Filter Equipment, materials, etc.Participate in customer job meetingsWhen projects are identified as ready, have the projects packagedIdentify change orders or extra testing work that are not part of original contracts.Other duties as assignedSkills and Requirements:Exceptional Communication skillsProficient in MS SuiteAbility to prioritize and organizeGood judgement with the ability to make fast decisionsEffective time managementSelf-motivating requiring minimal supervisionMust have the ability to an effective cohesive team memberAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret mechanical blueprintsExperience and EducationMinimum 3 years' experience managing projects and work teamsBusiness or Engineering Bachelor's degree preferredBenefits:Generous Comprehensive Insurance package401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOConditions of Employment:Ability to successfully pass a criminal background checkAbility to successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screeningIntegra Testing Services is proud to be an equal opportunity employer M/F/V/D
