Facility has 5 OR's and 2 Procedure Rooms. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of ENT, Orthopedics and Pain Management.Job Summary:Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.Someone with tough skin and someone who can take command.Someone who can build strong relationships with physicians and front-line staff .Be able to hold people accountable.Someone who is growth minded.
