Job Description - Administrative CoordinatorWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of administrative tasks while working closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.Responsibilities: Initiate the application process by providing applications, preparing and sending offer letters, and coordinating background checks and MVRs (Motor Vehicle Reports). Schedule and track candidate physical testing Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documentation and testing are completed on time. Organize and coordinate start dates with both the administrative and fleet teams. Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met under tight timelines. Adapt to a variety of tasks and support different areas of the team as needed.Qualifications: Strong "go-to" attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Proficiency with Adobe tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
