About the Role:As Medical Director, you'll oversee clinical operations for a growing hospitalist division. You'll lead a team of dedicated pediatric hospitalists, work closely with our pediatric residency program, and collaborate with over 30 subspecialties and surgical departments. This position offers both leadership and hands-on care, with responsibilities including:Providing inpatient care across general pediatrics and intermediate care unitsLeading consult services and occasional clinic coverageTeaching and mentoring pediatric residentsDeveloping departmental protocols and quality initiativesManaging physician scheduling and supporting a culture of excellence ?
