SAP SCM Architect

10+ years of experience in SAP SCM solution design and implementation.5+ years in an architect or lead consultant role on large-scale SAP projects.Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.Hands-on experience integrating SAP SCM with third-party systems and automation technologies.Experience in global supply chain environments with multi-site, multi-country operations.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologiesDemonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third-party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM.Experience working in global, multi-site, and multi-language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesDeep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP).Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning.Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.Proven ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
