They are one of the longest-standing GCs in the area and have over 80% negotiated work. Projects are commercial, healthcare, and educational, ranging from $2M-$20M. Family comes first.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryAssist in preparing project budgets, estimates, RFIs, and submittalsHelp maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedulesCollaborate with field teams to ensure safety and quality standards are metParticipate in client meetings and provide regular updates on progressQualifications5+ years of construction experience (Healthcare interiors is a plus)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office; experience with scheduling software a plusDriven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic companyWhy Join Us?This is a confidential opportunity to join a trusted construction company that values innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
