As the Safety Professional, you will apply your in-depth knowledge of construction processes, OSHA specifications, regulations and permits, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.You Are:EXPERIENCED: Previous safety experience required; safety-related experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration, and Heavy Industrial considered a plusEDUCATED: Bachelor's degree in safety-related field and OSHA 30hr. accreditation required; Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP), Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certifications preferredORGANIZED: Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA COMMUNICATOR: Proactively communicate and resolve issues utilizing negotiation, conflict resolution, and conflict management skillsFLEXIBLE: Available as needed; travel to job sites as required, including outside of standard business hours and out of stateWhat you'll do:PUT SAFETY FIRST: Establish and uphold jobsite safety procedures and regulations; educate employees on safety policies and best practicesDOCUMENT: Conduct jobsite safety inspections; review and complete safety-related documentation; develop Job Hazard Analysis as neededBUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate with project teams and F.E.
