Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:Citadel Contractor's Inc., is seeking a highly experienced and qualified ambitious individual for the role of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preconstruction and construction of the project, delivering the project on schedule and on budget. This role requires a deep understanding of tilt-up methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities:As Project Manager, you will collaborate extensively with our superintendents and engineers, providing you with comprehensive exposure across the entire construction lifecycle. Your key responsibilities may encompass:Provide accurate estimatesCoordinate initial design phase with architect and engineerReview and coordinate construction documentsWork with job site superintendent and foremen to plan organize, and direct activities of the projectInitiate and maintain the relationship with the owner or general contractor to facilitate projectRepresent company in project meetings and attend coordination meetingsKeep project on schedule through daily communication with project superintendentKeep project on budget by accurately estimating the project, monitoring job costs weekly, and initiating corrective actionsProcurement and purchasingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction ManagementExcellent managerial skillsConcrete Construction experience preferredA collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
