The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional tasks include preparing reports, assessing project risks, and providing expert guidance and decision-making to ensure successful project completion.QualificationsBachelor's / master's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldExperience in construction management, construction scheduling, and budget managementKnowledge of risk assessment, forensic investigation, and reportingStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional certifications in construction management or project management are a plusExperience in high-stakes construction projects and legal proceedings is advantageousSalaryTo be determined after interview based on skill level and experience.
