Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The role offers direct exposure to senior executives, a clear path to build and lead a team, and involvement in future system upgrades.Primary responsibilities of the FP&A Manager role include:• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes• Analyze financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready presentations• Develop and enhance dashboards, management reports, and financial models• Monitor performance against plan, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives• Mentor and develop team members as the FP&A function growsPrimary qualifications include:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling• Prior experience leading or supervising others• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and business intelligence tools highly valued• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership• Experience in high-growth or dynamic environments preferredIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact and grow your career within a forward-thinking organization, we'd love to connect with you.
