LHH is currently partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in the Baltimore area to fill an immediate opening for a Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, requiring presence Monday through Friday. This role offers $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience, and is a long-term temporary position with strong potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate.Position Overview:As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization through administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting nonprofit work in the community.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filingAssist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal communicationsServe as a first point of contact for clients, donors, or community partnersRespond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries in a professional mannerSupport event planning or program coordination efforts as neededMaintain accurate records and contribute to a positive office environmentQualifications:1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A passion for community service or nonprofit work is a plusBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
