Our client's global team is committed to delivering an unparalleled blend of cutting-edge technologies, convenient procurement options, and pharmaceutical services under their industry-leading brands.Summary:This role involves managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate processing of customer orders, resolving order or billing issues, maintaining customer records, and supporting overall customer operations to enhance business results. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReview and accurately process incoming purchase orders, applying quotations, customer contracts, and business rules/policies.Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems.Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions.Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process, including processing order changes.Identify and proactively address issues from order to cash, including order/quote problems and billing discrepancies.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and business results.Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives.Advise management of any risks to contractual performance.Provide timely and detailed communication to all customer requests.Communicate regularly with management on critical issues or opportunities.Assist the Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed. Required SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of customer service experience, or a 4-year degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience.Prior experience in order entry, order management, and billing within an ERP system (highly preferred).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle high transaction volumes.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to complete multiple duties accurately despite frequent interruptions and challenging deadlines.Strong teamwork skills while maintaining the ability to work independently.TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
