Prior training, certifications, and experience working with electrical contracting and construction spaces is required for this role..Key ResponsibilitiesProvide initial new hire training to include tutorial orientationsDevelop and manage compliance certifications, training records, Energized Electrical Work Permits (EEWP), and periodic refresher training(s)Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Ohio government compliance requirements including OSHAPerform routine site audits to ensure compliance.Assist personnel with pre-task plans and JHAs.Provide and manage equipment training certifications such as Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), Warehouse Forklift, All Terrain Forklift, Fall Protetion, and other various construction equipment.Provide up to date NFPA 70E training and complianceInteract with customers in Mission Critical SpacesComply with Company Standards of Conduct and all relevant statutory requirementsTravel to customer sites as requiredExperience:Knowledge of Mission Critical Facilities and a Datacenter environmentsAdvanced knowledge of Electrical Construction and manufacturing environmentsVerifiable work experience within the construction industryProficient with Microsoft Office 365 SuiteExperience with Smartsheet is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a Safety Management roleProficiency with NFPA 70E requiredCertifications:STSC, CESCP, CHST, are a plusTrain the Trainer Certifications for various equipment preferredFirst Aid, CPR/AED instructorOSHA 500 Outreach trainerKey Traits:Have excellent communication skillsProfessional approach to work with an attention to detailGood team playerBe a self-starter and capable of working with minimal guidanceStrong team management
