Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Tech (1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available)Pay: $30-38/hr.Job Summary:We are seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanics to join our team on 1st and 2nd shifts. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of packaging and production equipment. This includes formers, closers, conveyors, and robotic systems, as well as performing comprehensive electrical diagnostics and wiring repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on packaging equipment such as formers, closers, and conveyorsPerform troubleshooting and repair on robotic systems and automated equipmentConduct detailed electrical diagnostics, including wiring, component testing, and panel workExecute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairsEnsure all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety standards and company protocolsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiencyQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environmentProficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issuesAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manualsFamiliarity with robotic systems is a plusABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
