General Foreman- Construction

Haugland Group, a privately-owned civil infrastructure and energy construction company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Civil General Foreman to join our team. We are leaders in building what's next because we see the path to get there and we're setting a new standard of exceptional along the way.Let's build together!Key FunctionsSupervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.Ensure construction work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules.Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of work.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.Maintain accurate records of site activities, labor hours, and materials used.Train and mentor crew members to ensure high performance and morale.Communicate updates and progress reports to stakeholders.Desired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in construction management software and mobile tools.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.The compensation range for this role is $36-40 an hourWhy Haugland?At Haugland Group, our benefits are designed to convey company culture and values which has employees at its forefront.Excellent benefits package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, Health Savings, short/long term disability, and life insurance401k with 5% employer matchEmployer funded Dependent Care FSAPotential for annual performance-based raisePaid Time offPaid company observed holidaysEducational and professional advancement opportunitiesFrequent company-sponsored eventsRelaxed, friendly officeFast-paced, exciting environmentHaugland Group LLC and its operating divisions, affiliates, related entities, and subsidiaries (collectively, "the Company") do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
