We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage key financial processes and oversee a growing team, all while contributing to the success and expansion of the company.This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, while also managing the daily, weekly, and monthly financial close processes. You'll be working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.. This position offers a hybrid work environment, providing you the flexibility to balance work and life.Key Responsibilities:Daily OperationsOversee banking activity and expense/AP postings to ensure accuracy.Weekly TasksManage payroll entries, benefit changes, and 401(k) transactions.Monthly Close ProcessCoordinate the monthly close process, including bank reconciliations, A/R & A/P reconciliations, and revenue accruals.Revenue cycle management, including job contract review and reconciliation Loan and debt reconciliation. Intercompany account reconciliation and maintenance.
