About the Role:We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods across international and domestic channels, ensuring shipments are accurate, on-time, and cost-effective. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and logistics partners to support seamless execution. You'll also play a key role in export documentation, compliance, and freight cost analysis. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys real-time problem-solving, and has a passion for supply chain operations.What You'll Do:Track shipments from departure to delivery, ensuring systems reflect accurate status and ETAsServe as the main contact for resolving logistics issues with cross-functional partnersReconcile discrepancies in shipping data and flag delays earlyEnsure accurate, timely filing of export documentationCoordinate clearance with customs brokers and freight forwardersPartner with internal teams to plan and execute efficient shipmentsMaintain and analyze freight cost data and reportingApprove freight and parcel invoices for accuracySupport specialized shipping documentation or customer-specific needsCoordinate shipping instructions and manage work orders with vendorsProvide regular reporting on shipment status, yard activity, and drayageCollaborate with IT or analytics teams to enhance tracking and visibility toolsAssist with exceptions handling, rework, labeling, or inspectionsMaintain dashboards and support logistics reporting needsWhat You'll Bring:2+ years in logistics, shipping, or freight coordinationExperience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partnersFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferredProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsKnowledge of export documentation and international compliance a plusThis is a hybrid position in the Atlanta area.
