The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. The Superintendent will also be responsible for quality control and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.QualificationsExperience in construction management, project management, and site supervisionKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsAbility to read blueprints, plans, and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in using construction management software and toolsExperience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issuesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
