$5,000 sign-on bonus- must be certified with 2 years' experience to qualifyPosition Summary:Functions as the member of the surgical team who assists the surgeon, anesthesiologist/anesthetist and RN in delivering direct patient care during the entire preoperative experience. Acts as the primary scrub person or first assistant during the operative procedure.Position Requirements:Graduate of a program of surgical technology of at least one year duration and possess certification by the Association of Operating Room Technicians or similar organization.Current American Heart Association CPR cardAbility to function in emergency situationsAbility to take call upon request needed.$22.64-$33.96/hourRUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
