Shaub Commercial Construction Company with over 60 years of service, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of:Commercial Construction SuperintendentApplications can also be emailed to bethney@Commercial Construction Superintendent (5 years Exp Req)MUST BE LOCAL/EXPERIENCE IN THE NASHVILLE/MIDDLE TN AREA.Fuel Stations, Convenience Markets with knowledge of petroleumRetail, healthcare, office and restaurant constructionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:GROUND UP BUILDING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIREDABILITY TO LAYOUT AND GIVE ELEVATION FOR UTILITIES, SITE-WORK AND BUILDING REQUIRED.Day to day supervision for all field personnel working on projectMaintains project schedule and coordinates schedule with subcontractorsPrepares safety reports, daily logs, job-site photos, etcSchedules and participates in inspectionsImplement job start up/job close outRequisitions manpower, materials, and equipment to meet requirements of the projectPersonally conducts quality control inspections to ensure that installation of work meets contract requirements and company standardsAbility to problem solve in fast paced environment and prioritize effectively.Salary to be determined based on prior experience in field.MUST SUBMIT RESUME
