Troubleshoot complex title-curative issues, crafting innovative solutions that keep transactions on track. Mentor junior escrow talent, sharing best practices that raise team performance.The Expertise You Bring:Must-Haves 7+ years of expertise in orchestrating complex commercial real estate closings, encompassing office buildings, industrial sites, land purchases, and development initiatives. Proven independence and success within lean or boutique environments. Polished, trusted presence with clients and counterparties; long-tenure employment history.Preferred Transferable book of business or deep network of repeat clients.
