THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION. You will be providing support to our sales advisers through analytical and market research that is necessary to giving timely advice to our clients. Our advisers rely on quality data to help move their business forward and develop the necessary relationships with high net worth investors.During the time in this position, you will get a clear understanding of the investment real estate sales industry. With an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, Centennial Advisers is focused on maximizing each team member's unique skills and passions to effectively create new and profitable investment opportunities for our clients.Responsibilities:Work with internal CRM database to integrate new data into the systemWork closely with our advisers to assist in data collection and updatingManage CRM to add/change/remove all deals in the current pipelineEnsure data integrity, quality, and completeness through regular record maintenanceResearching property ownershipUncover individual owners in LLC'sLink properties held in various entities to individual investorsFind additional information about owners; phone numbers, emails, interests, professions, etcCall to verify contacts prior to adding to the CRMAdd additional property data; unit mix, historical rents, previous owners, asking rents for propertiesTrack all on-market properties in CRM including obtaining marketing packages and pulling sales and rent comp data from packageUnderstand the CRM and research platforms to facilitate smooth on-boarding for advisers upon their associationDaily communication with team members on project updatesMonthly reports on internal statsImportant Skills:Self-managementStrong communication is required daily with advisers and leadersInitiative to continuously better both self and all things responsible forTotal ownership of projectsAttention to detailHighly proficient in computer skills and Microsoft ExcelProven knowledge of research processesFamiliarity in IT is helpful but not requiredUse of Salesforce or similar preferredReady to Apply?Please tell us a little about yourself by submitting your resume and by taking two quick surveys.
