The Senior VDC/BIM Technician will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks will include creating construction drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements, and ensuring the structural integrity of building services. The technician will work closely with project teams to deliver accurate and efficient models and drawings aligned with the project's goals and timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, specifically Electrical design and modelingExperience with Electrical coordinationAbility to create detailed Construction DrawingsKnowledge of Building ServicesFamiliarity with Electrical Engineering principlesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the construction industry is a plus
