Commercial Superintendent - Ground-Up & Interior ProjectsLocation: Charlotte, NCWe are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior construction projects in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex commercial builds exceeding $30 million in value. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.?? ResponsibilitiesLead daily on-site construction operations for ground-up and interior commercial projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflowMonitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsConduct regular site inspections and resolve field issues proactivelyCollaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment on project goalsMaintain accurate documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change ordersMentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field personnelRepresent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders?? RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent roleDemonstrated success managing projects valued at $30M+Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practicesProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsOSHA 30 certification preferred??
